COMPLETE RESIDENTIAL CONCEPTUAL LANDSCAPE DESIGN

Cool Designs for Landscapes designs custom exteriors by listening to each client and transforming their ‘bland-scape’ into an eye-catching place to relax and entertain friends. Designs are drawn to scale and include placement of plants and conceptual design of hard-scape features. Full conceptual designs begin at $1,500 for a standard sized yard.

PLANT PURCHASING AND INTSTALLATION OVERVIEW

Plant Purchasing, Setting, and Installation Overview are additional services provided by Cool Designs for Landscapes. This will assure that the integrity of the design is kept with approved plants and materials, the soil is amended, and to help resolve any questions about layout or detail.

GARDEN COACHING AND CONSULTATION

This is one-on-one garden tutoring for those interested in learning how to garden or care for their landscape. Information will be provided on soil conditions and fertilizing needs; how to prune and deadhead plants; how to create focal points, garden rooms, and planting combinations. Get inspired! This service is charged at an hourly rate of $75 per hour.

DETAILS AND FINISHING TOUCHES

We can work to assist you in making the final decisions on stone, fountains and pottery. Together we can walk through the nursery to counsel you on the best plants for your site. You don’t have to be overwhelmed. Don’t forget the table, chairs and other exterior furniture. We can take a trip to the Design Centers and you can choose exactly what you like, from the style of the chair to the fabric for the cushion. You are not limited to what is sold at the chain stores.
